Job Description:
- Prepare and cook foods using Esan-Thai culinary knowledge, in depth knowledge of Thai culinary cooking, and understanding and executing restaurant's current recipes
- Help lead the kitchen of Isarn Soul Food Kitchen by using prior experience in Thai culinary cooking.
- Oversee line cooks in preparing food to ensure the quality is up to standard
- Train line cooks in the Esan-Thai culinary arts

Wage (Level 3-4): $47,000-51,000/year
Requirement: 2-3 years of Thai cooking experience
