Our Canadian operations have expanded with a 170,000 square foot fiberglass manufacturing facility on a 148 acres site in Bath, Loyalist Township in Ontario, Canada! This new facility has enable us to more effectively and efficiently serve markets in the eastern half of Canada, as well as the Northeast and upper Midwest of the United States, producing pools for its fiberglass brands including Latham and Narellan Pools.
We are looking for full-time Production Team Members to join our rapidly growing business in Kingston,ON. Those with Fiberglass manufacturing experience are highly encouraged to apply, the starting wage will be adjusted based on the skills and experience.

Our Mold Technicians play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring molds are maintained in peak condition. This is a skilled trade-style role with clear advancement opportunities across five progressive levels.
Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, we offer structured training, leadership development, and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do
Maintain production molds in “ready-to-run” condition
Perform cosmetic and structural mold repairs
Clean, grind, sand, buff, and prepare mold surfaces
Apply release agents and protective coatings
Inspect molds and identify repair needs
Operate power and pneumatic tools safely
Follow safety standards and best practices
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support continuous improvement initiatives

Apprentice (Entry Level)
Learn mold repair fundamentals
Train on proper tool use and safety
Assist senior technicians on larger repairs
Develop surface finishing and repair techniques
Intermediate Technician
Perform small and large mold repairs independently
Read and follow curing charts and specifications
Maintain mold floor textures and surface quality
Assist with leveling molds
Senior Technician
Evaluate mold condition and lead repairs
Train and mentor junior team members
Manage repair timelines to support production schedules
Support inventory and material planning
Lead Technician
Schedule daily work activities
Track repair logs and weekly performance goals
Operate and train others on department equipment
Troubleshoot complex mold issues
Support budgeting and supply planning
Master Technician
Manufacture new molds
Oversee mold data tracking and inventory control
Support long-term mold lifecycle management
What We’re Looking For
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using power and pneumatic tools
Team-oriented with strong work ethic
Ability to follow safety procedures and quality standards
Forklift, auto body, or welding experience is an asset (but not required)
Physical Requirements
Prolonged standing
Frequent bending, reaching, and overhead work
Lifting up to 40 lbs
Working at heights up to 10 ft when required
Work Environment
Exposure to dust, noise, and heat depending on season
Required use of PPE (safety glasses, respirator, hearing protection, gloves, safety footwear)
