About the Role
Anderson Mechanical is seeking a skilled
HVAC Technicianto join our growing team. This position involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing both residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can assess system conditions, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine the necessary repairs with efficiency and professionalism.
Job Duties
- Service, maintaining, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Determine the general condition of HVAC equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and diagnose causes of system failures
- Recommend and perform necessary repairs
- Communicate clearly with clients about findings and service performed
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Operate company vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Minimum Requirements
- HVAC trade experience preferred
- NATE certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Technical competence in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment safely
