Our client, a leading organization in waste management, is seeking Clean‑Up Event General Laborers to support their scheduled weekend clean-up events.
Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Kingsburg, CA
Pay Range: $18.00/hour
Shift: Saturdays ONLY; scheduled event dates and times will vary.
What's the Job?
Assist residents by removing household items such as furniture, tires, mattresses, and similar items from their vehicles.
Safely lift and move items weighing 45 lbs or more to ensure efficient disposal.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of household items in accordance with safety standards.
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude when interacting with residents to promote positive community relations.
Follow all safety protocols and dress code requirements, including jeans, long sleeve shirts, and steel toe boots.
What's Needed?
Ability to lift 45+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with residents.
Reliable transportation to report to the work location on time.
No scavenging activities allowed; focus on safe and proper disposal of household items.
