Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000 / year + uncapped monthly and quarterly incentive earnings. Expected total compensation $80,000 + / year.
*Base salary may vary based on experience

Build trust and rapport with patients and team members
Communicate clearly and compassionately, even when discussing complex topics
Guide individuals through important decisions with empathy and professionalism
Present personalized solutions based on individual needs
Support patients in understanding their options and making informed choices
Meet and exceed performance goals through consultative engagement
Handle objections with confidence and care
Learn to use CRM and business tools to track performance and improve results
