[Were looking for a Water Meter Service Supervisor to lead the Citys water meter field operations. In this role,you will be responsible for supervising a mobile crew responsible for meter reading, installation, and maintenance, to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. You will also assist in resolving utility service issues or complaints when they arise.]{pasted="true"}In this role, the selected individual will workclosely with office staff to ensure meter data is properly processed for accurate customer billing, helping deliver reliable service and a smooth experience for the community.This position will report to the Water Operations Supervisor.

As the Water Meter Service Supervisor, you will serve as a vital link between the Citys physical water infrastructure and accurate customer billing to ensure dependable service and operational excellence for the community.

What You\'ll Do For The City Of Kingman:

Personnel Management (40%):You will supervise the day-to-day operations of field technicians to ensure meter readings, installations, and maintenance are completed safely, accurately, and on time. You will also be responsible for personnel management, including recruitment and performance reviews.

Meter Operations Management & Support (25%):You will assist with the development and implementation of automatic meter reading systems, issue work orders, and check reports for productivity and efficiency. This role also provides back-up support to field staff in the installation and repair of water meters and related systems.*\ *

Compliance & Process Improvement (15%):In this role, you will review and analyze files and documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Department standards. You will also coordinate and monitor programs and projects related to establish and accomplish goals and objectives, track effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws, City ordinances, City utility regulations, and department policies. This includes recommending improvements to policies or processes to enhance productivity and utility services.

Customer Service & Technical Support (20%):This role involves handling technical inquiries, complaints, and service-related calls professionally while providing excellent customer service. This includes coordinating with billing and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
