Looking to help a nice family keep their home in top-notch shape and also provide back-up respite coverage as needed. A can-do attitude is ideal! Please note that this is an animal-friendly home.* Position Details: Hours: 10-16 Housekeeping Hours weekly (Flexible to your schedule!) PRN Respite Hours weekly, Evenings + Weekends Ideal Candidate to provide the following tasks: -Eye for organization and ability to work independently. -Time management and a go-getter attitude to put together a cleaning list on your own for a shift. - Provide companionship and supervision. - Maintain self-regulation and redirection as needed. -Patience and understanding with behaviors. Requirements: - A valid driver\'s license and a reliable vehicle are mandatory. - Candidates must be able to pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check. - A genuine enjoyment of working in the special needs community. -Previous experience assisting someone with special needs is a plus. Community Horizons provides support to individuals and families enrolled in self-directed care programs across Wisconsin, including services through Managed Care Organizations, IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct), and the Children\'s Long-Term Support (CLTS) program. Self-direction allows participants to make their own choicesselecting who provides their care and how those services are delivered. While Community Horizons offers guidance and mentorship, we are not the employer of record.
