Job Description:
Participates in continuous education and professional development.
Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitors and records patients' vital signs and medical information.
Provides wound care and assists with medical procedures.
Educates patients and families about health conditions and care plans. Coordinates with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Advocates for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare team. Maintains accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 1+ years experience in obstetric, labor and delivery, antepartum [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]
•Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Required]
