Adecco US, Inc. RN Field Nurse- Direct Hire in Killeen, Texas
Adecco is hiring a Direct-Hire Field RN for our Home Health partner in Waco, TX.
The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $42 and $45 along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
RN Field Nurse position immediately available for Waco and surrounding areas
As a Home Health RN , you will:
For all home health patients, you will provide admission, case management, Resumption of Care visits and follow-up skilled nursing visits. You will also be discharging patients based upon the dialog of the multidisciplinary team members to include the patient's physician and DON.
You will interact and collaborate with physicians to develop the initial plan of treatment based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment.
Coordinate appropriate care with the multidisciplinary team to include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy and Home Health Aides.
Report patient care, condition, and progress to patient’s physician and DON on a continual basis.
Coordinate/oversee/supervise the work of Home Health Aides, Certified Home Health Aides and LVNs
Review medical documentation on all patients in your case load, including any case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes.
Skilled nursing care in the home for adult and geriatric home bound patients
Qualifications
Diploma, associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Minimum of one year nursing experience preferred
Home Health experience a plus
Current Registered Nurse license
Current CPR certification
Strong organizational and communication skills
