The Impact You'll Make

As a Sales Representative for work with consulting companies in the "Projects" department, you will play a key role in shaping technical solutions across Central Ukraine.

By working closely with designers, consultants, and partners, you will help introduce Danfoss technologies into new construction and renovation projects—supporting the development of energy-efficient buildings and sustainable heating solutions.

Your impact will be visible in stronger partnerships, a growing project pipeline, and increased presence of Danfoss solutions in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical support at all stages of the project design cycle across your region

• Build and maintain relationships with design companies and designers

• Support designers during planning and implementation of HVAC projects

• Cooperate with engineering partners and distributors

• Deliver technical trainings and presentations for designers

• Advise on Danfoss solutions and product applications

• Develop and manage a strong project pipeline (CRM)

• Contribute to achieving financial targets

Ваші обов’язки

На цій посаді ви будете:

• Надавати технічну підтримку на всіх етапах проєктування обєктів

• Будувати та підтримувати відносини з проєктними та консалтинговими компаніями

• Підтримувати проєктувальників під час планування та реалізації HVAC-проєктів

• Співпрацювати з інженерними партнерами та дистриб’юторами

• Проводити технічні навчання та презентації для проєктувальників

• Консультувати щодо рішень та продуктів Danfoss

• Розвивати та управляти портфелем проєктів (CRM)

• Сприяти досягненню фінансових цілей

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC projects, system design, or technical sales

• Technical background (preferably HVAC or related field)

• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with partners

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proactivity, independence and ability to work both in a team and individually

• Fluent Ukrainian

• Технічна освіта (бажано HVAC або суміжна сфера)

• Вміння будувати відносини та ефективно співпрацювати з партнерами

• Сильні комунікаційні та презентаційні навички

• Проактивність, самостійність і здатність працювати як в команді так і індивідуально

• Вільне володіння українською мовою
