Door-to-Door Sales Branch Manager
Compensation: $75,000 Base + Commission
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person

As a Door-to-Door Sales Branch Manager, you will lead a team of canvassers responsible for generating leads through direct, in-person outreach. Your team will engage homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, set qualified appointments, and drive new business for our solar consultants.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you will be in the field daily, leading by example, training reps on the doors, and pushing your team to hit and exceed targets.
In addition to team leadership, you will earn a percentage of all team-generated contracts in your market, while also maintaining the ability to personally produce and earn full commissions on your own deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and hire entry-level door-to-door sales representatives
Lead daily morning meetings and field launches to set goals and strategy
Drive and deploy teams into assigned territories for canvassing
Train new hires on door approach, pitch, objection handling, and appointment setting
Shadow team members in the field and provide real-time coaching
Track and manage team performance, KPIs, and appointment quality
Maintain high team energy, motivation, and accountability standards
Ensure consistent coverage and territory management
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of closing sales experience (door-to-door or direct sales preferred)
Proven leadership or team management experience in a D2D or canvassing environment
Strong communication, confidence, and ability to engage homeowners face-to-face
Skilled in objection handling and adapting quickly in live sales situations
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and communication tools
High energy, competitive mindset, and results-driven attitude
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to work outdoors and in the field daily
