BYE BROTHERS AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT OPERATORS in Kevin, Montana
Temporary Fulltime position from 3/23/2026 to 10/15/2026 43 Hours/week 18.48/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.68 Employees will be required to prepare, maintain, and operate farming equipment/machinery, such as tractors, seeders, drills, plows, sprayers, combines, grain carts, etc, to top dress, plant, harvest, and haul small grains and pulse crops from the fields to the holding facilities. Employees will be required to operate blade/grader to eliminate water washouts that don't allow farm equipment to pass through the fields and roads. Employees will be required to operate and maintain all fans, if any, on grain bins, along with being able to operate and move augers to correct grain bin locations. General farming duties such as servicing and repairing, along with basic facility maintenance/upkeep due to weather damage and everyday use.
