Turner Mining Group Working Crushing Foreman in Kershaw, South Carolina
Turner Staffing Group is partnered with a large mining company in Kershaw, SC that is building out a new crushing crew and looking for a Working Crushing Foreman to lead the team. This role is hands-on — the successful candidate will not only supervise the crew but also operate equipment, oversee safe and efficient production, and perform basic crusher maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a crushing crew operating cone crushers.
-Operate heavy equipment when necessary to support production.
-Monitor crushing operations to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met.
-Perform and oversee routine/basic maintenance on cone crushers.
-Train and mentor crew members to ensure safe and productive operations.
-Coordinate with site management to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience working with cone crushers in a mining or quarry environment.
-Prior leadership or supervisory experience leading a production crew.
-Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed.
-Basic mechanical skills with crushers (troubleshooting and routine maintenance).
-Strong commitment to safety and team development.
