Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Kernersville, North Carolina
Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Pay: $34-35/hour
Schedule & Pay
Training: 1st shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) for 6 months
After Training: 12-hour night shift , 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
Responsibilities
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
Work with maintenance team, engineering, and equipment suppliers to resolve issues
Maintain assigned equipment, parts, and work areas
Identify and report spills, hazards, or environmental concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of:
PLCs, CNC/NC controls, and automated equipment
AC/DC motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
Electrical systems (110V–460V, single & three-phase)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively
Basic computer skills and reliable attendance
Preferred Experience
Blueprint reading
Preventive maintenance
PLC troubleshooting
Electrostatic paint systems and overhead cranes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68640.00 - $74880.00/yr.
