Guest Services Representative I (Part-time) Location: NH Kernersville Medical Center
Schedule: Sunday - Saturday | 24 hours per week | Rotating Schedule

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and empathy
Provide directions and communicate current hospital policies clearly and courteously
Monitor visitor control and maintain oversight of assigned areas to ensure safety and security
Respond quickly and effectively to guest concerns, providing immediate service recovery when needed
Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support hospital operations
Maintain a strong understanding of hospital services and facility resources to guide guests confidently
What We're Looking For
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: One to two years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Licensure/certification/registration: Valid state driver’s license at facilities where valet assistance may be needed is required.
Additional skills required: Presents self in a professional manner and possesses strong customer services skills. Ability to converse with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to use de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe environment. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office and have proficient typing skills.
Additional skills preferred: Be a current notary public or be willing to become a notary, if needed.
