Job Title: Operations Team Member Job Description
As an Operations Team Member, you will engage in various tasks involving the sanding, grinding, assembling, and cutting of restaurant furniture, including table tops, garbage vestibules, and booths. You will work with hand and power tools, hand grinders, and measuring tools. Sit down forklifts are used in the warehouse to facilitate your tasks.
Responsibilities
Sand, grind, assemble, and cut restaurant furniture components.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
Operate sit down forklifts within the warehouse.
Work collaboratively in team settings to achieve production goals.
Essential Skills
Experience with hand and power tools within the last 6 months (1-2 years).
Forklift operation experience (6 months to 1 year).
Construction, millwork, or cabinetry experience (1-2 years within the last 2 years).
Experience with measuring tools (1-2 years).
Ability to stand for 10 hours in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience verified through references of past work.
Comfortable working in dusty and warm conditions with provided safety gear.

Work Environment
The work environment involves a millwork area that can be dusty, where employees are allowed to wear an issued respirator face cup. The area can also be warm in the summer. Employees work in cells that emphasize teamwork and reliance on each other. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, with mandatory overtime on Friday and Saturday. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and steel-toed boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenyon, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
