What You'll Do

• Assess child safety and family needs

• Engage with families to build plans for stability and success

• Collaborate with community partners, courts, and service providers

• Make informed, critical decisions that prioritize child well-being

• Be a consistent, trusted presence for children and families during challenging times

 


What We're Looking For

• A passion for serving children and families

• Strong judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to navigate complex and emotional situations with professionalism

• Associate or bachelor's degree in social service related field (additional Ohio requirements may be considered)
