Hours Per Week: 15
Contract Length: 2 Months

Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES (BCBA) provides consultation, training, and behavioral services to support students with academic and behavioral needs in a school setting. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and supervising behavioral service delivery. The BCBA serves as a clinical teacher, educating, observing, assessing, and guiding instructional and behavioral practices within the educational environment.
The supervision role is dependent on the number of students assigned to the BCBA’s caseload. The BCBA is responsible for meeting IEP-required service minutes, as well as supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) in accordance with student needs and district requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and behavioral evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide consultation and training to staff and stakeholders
Observe and assess student behavior in classroom settings
Supervise behavioral support staff and service delivery
Ensure compliance with IEP requirements and professional standards
Support positive behavioral and instructional outcomes for students
Minimum Requirements
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field
Minimum of one (1) year of school-based experience
Preferred experience providing behavior analytic services in schools
One (1) year of pediatric experience preferred
Compliance with all applicable professional standards of practice
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required)
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Assignment Details
Shift: Days, Weekdays

Classroom Size: Approximately 25 students
