Aerotek Production Operator in Kent, Washington
Generalist Operator – $21/hr

What You’ll Do
Operate and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment
Learn the full manufacturing process across multiple product lines
Communicate safety, quality, and mechanical issues to leads and supervisors
Assist with equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and continuous improvement tasks
Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards
What We’re Looking For
Preferred: 1+ year of manufacturing or large‑machinery experience
Proven reliability and success in a production or labor‑intensive environment
Strong understanding of workplace safety and safe work habits
Steady work history with willingness to learn and grow
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods
Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
