American Workforce Group has partnered with a well-established metal manufacturing and fabrication facility in Kent, WA looking for a Press Brake Operator!

Description for Press Brake Operator:

• Set up and operate CNC press brake for high tolerance, custom parts
• Calculate flat patterns, bend deducations, and bend allowances
• Select proper tooling material type, thickness and geometry 
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings and CAD based design criteria 
• Collaborate with CAD and Sales teams to support manufacturability and quoting 
• Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and precision tools 
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes 
• Maintain quality standards within AS9100 requirements 

Details for Press Brake Operator:

• Pay: $28-$35 an hour 
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Shift Hours: Swing Shift 2PM to 1030PM

Requirements for Press Brake Operator:

• 3+ years of CNC Press Brake experience 
• Forklift and overhead crane experience (certification preferred) 
• Experience selecting tooling independently 
• Ability to work from complex drawings
