Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Night Operations Management Assistant to support our day and night shift operations team. This role is instrumental in ensuring operational continuity through administrative support, shipping coordination, reporting, and workforce documentation. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly, and thrives in a fast-paced, night shift environment.

Shift: Monday -- Thursday 3pm -- 11:30pm, with the potential for additional overtime, and Friday shift support as needed.
Starting Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Shipping and Documentation Support:
Prepare, review, and track Marine and Alaska routing and bills of lading preparation.
Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and timely submission to carriers and internal teams.
Cube and release delivery routes utilizing web application
Administrative Support
Prepare receiving documents for inbound loads
Compile, record, and distribute various reports and established intervals
Operations Reporting and Data Entry
Support preparation and distribution of nightly productivity and labor reports
