Production Machine Operator: Earn +100k with Consistent OT - Union Shop (5x10's)
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team, responsible for operating machinery that produces various types of wire and wire products. This role involves working in a high-safety-sensitive environment with shifts requiring 5 days of 10-hour work (5 10's).

Responsibilities
Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products.
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot machine or material issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations strictly.
Read, understand, and follow the production schedule.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation, preferably with at least 2-3 years tenure in a previous role.
Mechanically inclined with a strong safety orientation.
Must be punctual and have excellent attendance records.
Ability to work at heights and in high-heat environments.
Strong teamwork capabilities; not suited for independent workers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Speaking Vietnamese is a plus for certain training departments.
Previous manager references required, particularly regarding attendance.

Pay: Start at $23 in 90 days move to $26
Work Environment
Our facility is the largest wire manufacturer in the western United States, providing products for agriculture, construction, transportation, communications, and industrial applications. The work environment involves exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and heavy materials. It's a high-heat environment near molten zinc kettles, requiring standing, bending, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift. The schedule includes 12 days on and 2 days off, with available shifts from 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 11:00pm-7:30am. Safety is a top priority due to the presence of chemicals and heat.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
