About the Role
At the heart of every aircraft are precision‑engineered parts that must meet strict safety and performance standards. As an Entry‑Level CNC Machine Operator , you will support the production of critical aerospace components in a hands‑on shop environment.
This role is designed for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and looking to build a long‑term career in CNC machining. You’ll work with high‑precision CNC Swiss machines and learn how to hold tight tolerances where accuracy is essential.
What You’ll Do
Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace parts
Load and unload parts efficiently and safely
Monitor machines during production and report issues as needed
Perform basic machine adjustments and minor setups (with training)
Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure tolerance requirements are met
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
Maintain a clean, organized work area on the shop floor
Required Skills & Qualifications
Able to accurately read and use micrometers and calipers (required)
Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Basic understanding of machining or CNC operation
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment
Reliable attendance and ability to work swing shift
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior CNC machine operating experience
Exposure to Swiss‑style CNC machines
Aerospace manufacturing experience
Machining coursework, certification, or technical training
Candidates early in their machining careers are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
