Machine Operator
Pay: $23/Hour ($26 after 90 days)
Location: Kent, WA
Shift: Swing and Night
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Machine Operator or Production Worker to join our team. This is union job that offers unlimited Overtime and pay advancements. Able to make up to 90K within the first year of employment!
Responsibilities
Operate machinery to draw, coil, and produce various types of wire and wire products.
Collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and maintenance staff to troubleshoot machine or material issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain high safety standards.
Read, understand, and follow the production schedule diligently.
Essential Skills
General labor and production experience.
Machine operation proficiency.
Mechanically inclined with a safety-oriented mindset.
Ability to maintain consistent attendance.
Comfortable working at heights and in high-heat environments.
Team-oriented with strong collaborative skills.

Work Environment
You will be working in a large wire manufacturing facility, where safety is paramount due to high temperatures and chemical exposure. The environment includes exposure to noise, fumes, moving machinery, and heavy materials. The work schedule includes 12 days on followed by 2 days off, with shifts available on a rotational basis. Expect a dynamic setting with a variety of machines running, resulting in a hazy air quality. The facility is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and requires physical activity such as standing, bending, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $47840.00/yr.
