Now hiring Inventory Controller Location: Kent, WA Pay: $22 - $26 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday (7 AM - 3:30 PM | 9 AM - 5 PM | 6 AM - 2:30 PM) Staffmark has a great career-building opportunity near you. Keep reading to learn how to expand your career with this role. Key Duties: Maintain inventory integrity and proper stock levels (FIFO/FEFO). Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Track expiry dates and produce regular reporting. Update warehouse management systems for all inventory transactions. Investigate inventory variances and recommend solutions. Oversee RMA processes and general inventory control. Train and guide warehouse associates in inventory procedures. Assist with shipments, storage organization, and warehouse operations as needed. Requirements: 1+ years of inventory control experience 6+ months of cherry pickers and EPJ experience Forklift and electric pallet jack certification/training. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software. Comfortable performing calculations and maintaining records. Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams. Reliable attendance and willingness to work extended hours.
