- [Consistently perform assembly and initial testing of new products and/or sub-assemblies as quickly as possible while maintaining exemplary quality standards]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Assemble and test per established methods, schematics, and procedures]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Effectively communicate product and departmental issues between assembly personnel, department leads, manufacturing management and other interested parties]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Communicate with other technicians regarding methods and best practices]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Communicate with production planning personnel regarding work in process, answer questions and explain problems, solutions and expected completion times]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Proactively communicate with other individuals and departments on assembly related issues]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Work with all tools necessary for any potential job and possess a high level of expertise on various electronic and mechanical systems]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Perform a variety of complicated tasks with limited supervision and oversight]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Assemble electronic and electro/mechanical equipment, including soldering experience and programming electronic devices]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
- [Perform work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical principles]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

[The ideal candidate will have:]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent additional experience in a technical field]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Three years of proven experience in the electronics and/or electro/mechanical fields]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
[Ability to read and understand technical drawings]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
