Aerotek General Laborer - Concrete in Kenosha, Wisconsin
Aerotek is hiring immediately for 1st shift general labor associates in Kenosha, WI. This position will be working both outside and inside. Minimal experience is required and this position will start quickly.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the manufacturing of concrete forms in an open building and outdoor work areas.
Work alongside an operator to complete manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
Set up concrete forms according to instructions and production requirements.
Unload forms and materials safely and efficiently.
Perform finishing work on concrete forms to meet quality standards.
Use hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks as directed.
Lift and move materials weighing 30–40 pounds consistently during the shift.
Participate in end-of-shift cleanup, including sweeping, shoveling, and organizing work areas.
Must-Have Skills
Comfortably lift and carry up to 40 pounds
1 year of experience with hand and power tools
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to perform physically demanding, repetitive manual labor
Shift-Schedule
1st shift is 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Ample overtime available during busy season from April to September

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
