JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join our team as a Cafe Supervisor at The Stella Hotel & Ballroom! Do you love creating a welcoming cafe experience while leading a team and keeping operations running smoothly? The Stella Hotel & Ballroom is looking for an energetic and service-focused Cafe Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, support staff, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help create engaging events and experiences within the cafe. What You\'ll Do Oversee daily operations of the cafe including service execution, cleanliness, and guest experience. Provide welcoming, personalized service to guests while supporting the cafe team during shifts. Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and labor costs for approximately five cafe shifts per week. Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies and ensure displays are stocked and visually appealing. Monitor cafe profitability through cost control and quality service standards. Train, coach, and support cafe staff while promoting a positive team environment. Plan and help execute cafe events and programming to drive guest engagement and revenue. What You\'ll Bring 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, cafe operations, hotel food & beverage, or banquet supervision. Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic hospitality technology. Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort working a hands-on role that includes guest interaction, service support, and operational oversight. Compensation & Benefits Starting at \$17 per hour Approximately 34.5 hours per week.
