Job Description Summary Sales Excellence Segment Support Specialist who combines Salesforce and SAP domain knowledge with data stewardship and Salesforce administration skills. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across Salesforce and ERP systems and support day to day product and promotion administration workflows. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, thrives in cross functional collaboration (Invoice to Cash, Sales, IT), and demonstrates a track record of executing operational tasks at scale to support pricing, promotions, account hierarchies, and opportunity to order processes. Platforms: Salesforce, Evolve, SAP S/4HANA Order/Pricing/Billing, and Trade Promotion Management. Job Description * Process and maintain Product Information Documents (PIDs), including adding missing items, recalling and reprocessing PIDs, and cancelling or correcting PIDs/CTRs as needed. * Update freight and fuel versioning, item origin, and warehouse types; ensure consistency of freight rates over time and alignment with SAP data when applicable. * Sync locations within account hierarchies and resolve missing sold-to on CTRs; manage distributor pricing corrections and resyncs when Direct Sales Manager updates occur. * Add/Edit/Remove TIDs and correct legacy IDs when sold-to are added post-contract. * Open and execute mass update reports to correct exclusions; manage Non-Commercial (Non-Comm) and KAM (Key Accounts) a update at scale. * Manually update PIDs missing opportunity data, including version history adjustments for FOB (Freight onboard) program updates when item counts are high. * Deselect ERP during processing to prevent incorrect updates from interfacing; ensure Non-Commercial blocks are respected. * Remove residual change types when Salesforce does not clear after approval; perform contract/item date corrections when business needs require exceptions to Salesforce rules. * Coordinate and execute break-fix activities across Salesforce and Boomi interface connection; partner with Sales and IT to remediate data issues or perform manual workarounds. Data Stewardship & Quality * Perform accurate and timely data entry and change requests in Salesforce and ERP systems, adhering to governance standards. * Validate and maintain master data records; monitor data quality; resolve discrepancies promptly; support periodic cleansing and audits. * Document procedures and maintain updated process guides; generate basic reports to confirm data accuracy and completeness.
