Constellation Energy Generation LLC seeks Senior Services Analyst IT in Kennett Square, PA to plan, dsgn, build, & maintain IT services, projects, portfolios, products, & processes. Specific duties incl mnging softw. releases across mult. dvlpmnt teams & environments; collab. w/ colleagues to define & prioritize release scope & deliverables; leading Agile ceremonies & coaching team members on Agile best practices; conducting release readiness reviews, facilitating resolution of iss. or blockers, & escalating risks when necessary; monitoring & tracking release metrics & key perf. indicators (KPls) to id. areas for imprvmnt & optimize release process; & tracking & mnging release activities, incl change requests, incident mgmt., & knwldg base updates. Reqs U.S. or foreign equiv. Bach's deg in Comp. Sci., Electrical Engr., Electronics Engr., or a rel. field + 3 yrs softw. dvlpmnt exp in release & scrum mgmt. in an Oracle environment & demonstrating proficiency in Oracle technologies, incl. databases (e.g., Oracle Database, MySQL) & enterprise apps. (e.g., Oracle fusion ERP & EPM, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards) & a strong understanding of Agile principles & methodologies, such as Scrum & Kanban.
