Location: Bowling Green Brandywine, Brandywine River Valley, PASchedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00PM

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the facility operates smoothly and safely by:
Under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations, complete projects relating to drywall repair and interior/exterior painting.
Performing general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting (experience with different types of painting required), and mechanical equipment.
Responding promptly to emergency calls and acting as backup when needed.
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Following preventive maintenance schedules and completing required reports.
Inspecting and maintaining emergency power equipment, fire alarm systems, lighting, and plumbing systems.
Repairing or refinishing furniture and fixtures as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in drywall, painting and general maintenance or facility operations required; knowledge of building trades preferred.
Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and ensure safety standards are met.
Licenses & Certifications
Valid state driver’s license.
CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification (training provided upon hire).
