UES 18 Entry-Level Lab Technician in Kennesaw, Georgia
Universal Engineering Sciences (UES) is hiring Entry-Level Lab Technicians for our Construction Materials Testing lab in Kennesaw, right off Hwy 41. No lab coat, no goggles, no chemistry memorizationthis is a real-world lab where we test concrete, soil, and building materials that end up in the roads, schools, and structures around us.
If youre picturing a perfectly spotless TV lab think the opposite. This is hands-on, jeans-and-t-shirt type work. Youll learn how to run compression tests, work with soil analysis equipment, and see how materials hold up in the real world.
And the best part? You dont need prior lab experience. Well train you.

What we need from you is pretty simple: Be 18+ Show up on time and ready to work Have a good attitude and willingness to learn Be able to pass a background check and drug screen Occasionally lift around 45 lbs (nothing crazy)
The job starts at $19 an hour. There are multiple certifications through the ACI (American Concrete Institute) and ICC (International Code Council) that UES will pay for (study materials, classes and testing). UES gives a raise and a cash bonus for each and every certification earned.
