Duties include taking food and beverage orders, answering questions about the menu, carrying trays of food and drinks from the kitchen to the dining room, serving customers, preparing checks and taking payments from customers, removing dirty dishes and cleaning tables, setting up dining areas, refilling condiments and stocking service areas, with other related duties; providing hosting-related services as needed, including greeting/seating guests, providing menus, assigning guests to appropriate tables based on guest needs and server rotations, responding to guest comments/complaints/requests, maintaining contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff and guests to ensure proper handling of dining details, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of dining and serving areas, handling phone calls, phone orders and reservations, and processing payments. 40+ hours per week, Monday through Sunday (1-2 days off, rotating), shifts start as early as 8:00 a.m. and end as late as 11:00 p.m. (multiple shifts available, varies), \$7.55 per hour plus tips to reach at least \$25.81 per hour, overtime possible at \$38.72 per hour where tip credit is not applied at the overtime rate; temporary full-time position (April 1, 2026 to October 31, 2026). No minimum education, no experience required, on-the-job training provided, no bonus. Optional employer-provided housing is available and if an employee opts into housing, \$150 per week will be deducted from weekly pay for housing costs; employer offers to help workers find housing if worker does not opt into employer-provided housing. Paid weekly using a single workweek as the standard for computing wages due. Standard payroll deductions as required by law.

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if worker completes half the employment period; the amount for daily subsistence will be at least \$16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of \$68.00 per day with receipts; return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Reimbursement within one week after the start of work of visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. The employer will provide workers, at no charge, with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
