Job Title: General Production Workers
Job Description
We are seeking multiple general production workers for all shifts at our facility in Kennebunk, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for unpacking, cleaning, inspecting, and loading various materials into machines. You will also operate various production machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Unpack, clean, and inspect materials.
Load materials into machines.
Operate production machinery and tools.
Document production processes and outcomes.
Transport materials safely and efficiently.
Conduct inspections and assemble components.
Work primarily on foot with team lifts for heavy objects.
Essential Skills
Ability to work in an ITAR facility.
Strong mechanical or technical skills.
Good attitude, attendance, and work ethic.
Previous industrial or similar experience (6+ months).
Ability to work the duration of the shift on feet.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in machine maintenance is advantageous.
Self-motivation and mechanical inclination are highly valued.

Work Environment
The work environment involves standing for long periods and requires the use of safety glasses and safety shoes. Shifts are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with differential pay for certain shifts. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
