Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker in Kennebunk, ME, where you will play a vital role in our production process. You will be responsible for unpacking, cleaning, inspecting, and loading materials into machines. Utilize various production machinery and tools, and engage in documentation, materials transport, inspection, and assembly. This role requires working on foot most of the day and performing team lifts for heavy items.
Responsibilities
Unpack, clean, and inspect materials.
Load materials into machines.
Use production machinery and tools efficiently.
Document production processes accurately.
Transport materials within the facility.
Conduct inspections and assembly tasks.
Work on foot for extended periods.
Perform team lifts for heavy items.
Essential Skills
Ability to work in ITAR Facility.
Good attitude, attendance, and work ethic.
Previous industrial or similar experience (6+ months).
Ability to work on feet for the duration of the shift.
Strong mechanical or technical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined and self-motivated individuals preferred.

Work Environment
The work is conducted across multiple shifts in Kennebunk, ME, and Sanford. Safety glasses and shoes are required, and workers are expected to be on their feet for the majority of the shift. The facility supports a variety of roles, including machine operators and maintenance technicians, with shift differentials and competitive hourly rates.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, ME.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
