A Housekeeping Attendant (Part-time) will mainly support the Housekeeping team by assisting with inspections, deliveries, and simple guest requests, helping to ensure an efficient operation and a pleasant stay for our Guests.
What will I be doing?
As a Part-time Housekeeping Attendant, you will work closely with the team to support daily operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting room inspections (no cleaning duties required)
- Delivering amenities to guest rooms
- Handling laundry pick-up and delivery only (no washing tasks)
- Performing simple turndown service (linen and towel replacement, restocking amenities)
- Responding to simple guest requests
- Assisting with lost and found item checks and management
- Supporting other team members when needed
ハウスキーピングアテンダント（パート）は、客室のインスペクションやアメニティのデリバリー、簡単なゲストリクエスト対応などを担当し、ハウスキーピングチームのサポートを行うことで、効率的なオペレーションと快適なゲスト滞在をサポートします。
具体的な業務内容:
- 客室インスペクション（清掃業務は含みません）
- アメニティの客室へのデリバリー
- ランドリーの回収・お届けのみ（洗濯作業はなし）
- 簡易清掃（ターンダウンサービス）：リネン・タオル交換、備品補充
- ゲストからの簡単なリクエスト対応
- 忘れ物の確認・管理の補助
- 必要に応じて他のチームメンバーのサポート
