Perform duties like: All phases of crop and vineyard production, including but not limited to prepping of soil for planting, planting, trellising and maintenance, shoot positioning, thinning and pruning, leaf removal, netting, desuckering, fruit thinning, spraying, weed control, hedging, mowing, harvesting, grape picking, sorting and packaging, harvesting, baling and storage of crops, operation of farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, farm vehicles, pick up trucks, wagons, gondolas, elevators, picking lugs, macro bins, tanks, wire jenny's, post pounders, various small hand tools, and specialty vineyard equipment for harvesting and storage of crops including light maintenance, service and cleaning of equipment. Equipment used: including but not limited to tractors, harvesters, tillage, farm vehicles, pickup trucks, wagons, gondolas, elevators, sprayers, hedgers, leaf removers, mowers, picking lugs, macro bins, tanks, wire jenny's, post pounders, various small hand tools, and specialty vineyard equipment for harvesting and storage of crops. Exposure to extreme temp, repetitive movements, extensive pushing, pulling walking and frequent stooping Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
