Kemmerer Operations, LLC Electrician 2nd Class/Journeyman in Kemmerer, Wyoming
This position will work under a Master Electrician and will provide support services at the Kemmerer Mine by performing electrical tasks associated with the daily operation of a surface coal mine, located near Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Responsibilities will include the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection & cleaning of all electronic & electrical equipment. Must be able to operate equipment necessary to move cable & portable equipment.
Applicant with surface coal mine electrical maintenance experience and a current MSHA electrical certification preferred. Must possess a strong working knowledge of AC & DC theory & equipment, test procedures, safe work practices, & electrical codes. Knowledge & work experience with low, medium & high voltage equipment & electronic controls as applied to large mining equipment is desired of applicant.
