Description
We are looking for an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations located southeast of Houston. This role requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who excels in managing diverse teams, fostering employee relations, and supporting field employees. Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including managing a team of two HR professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong employee relations strategies, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction.
• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and streamline HR processes.
• Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the company.
• Support field and blue-collar employees by addressing their unique HR needs and challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and support for performance management and employee development programs.
• Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Proven experience working with blue-collar or field employees.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR administration, and benefits management.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Certification in HR (such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
