About the Role
In this vital role, you will support the maintenance andoperation of the building systems inside a client facility. As a Sr. Mechatronicsand Robotics Technician you’ll be a key leader in running a shift and providingguidance to fellow technicians and Control support partners.
What You’ll Do
Repair, maintain, and continuously improvefunctionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systemsthroughout the facility.
Lead and audit preventative maintenanceprocedures.
Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladderdiagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches,proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repairof critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
Build and close out work orders in aComputerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
· Perform other job-relatedduties as needed or assigned.
What You’ll Need
Applicants must be currently authorized to workin United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree(GED).
4+ years of experience working with automatedconveyors and controls.
Proficient using computers and Microsoft OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with MHE safety standards inaccordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
Knowledge of electrical and electronicprinciples, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics.
Ability to conduct preventative &procedure-based maintenance.
Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controls(PLC) programs.
3+ years of work order management.
Ability to use and interpret statisticalequipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.
Ability to solve problems and carry out generalinstructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs,preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safetycompliance.
Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements includingstooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or withoutreasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or higher degree from a vocationalschool or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
Previous leadership experience.
Previous vendor management experience.
Experience with robotic maintenance.
Experience with CMMS
Certification preferred in one or more of thefollowing: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs,process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Coordinator position is $85,000 annually [or $40.86 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $90,000 annually [or $43.26 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
