Construction Sales/ Project Manager
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job Summary
At CPI Construction, we're looking for a driven professional who understands the construction industry and is ready to take on a role that blends business development, client relationships, and project oversight. In this position, you'll help bring projects to life from start to finish---building strong client connections, generating new opportunities, making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and done right.
What you'll do:
- Generate and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with our construction team on scope and feasibility
- Present proposals and communicate value clearly
- Keep projects running smoothly and clients informed every step of the way
What we're looking for:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear communication and strong people skills
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Construction: 2 years (Required)
