Laborer needed for solar installations on and off the grid, with roof and ground mounts. Will assist with electrical wire pulls, carrying solar modules and batteries, and groundwork for installs. Qualifications include willingness to perform routine manual tasks, ability to lift, carry, push, pull heavy items. We will possibly work under all weather conditions. Manual dexterity and physical strength and endurance required. Must be comfortable on a roof. Our work area covers all of northeastern NY state. Work season runs from now until January 1st, longer if weather permits. $22-35/hr to start, based upon knowledge and abilities.
