$21.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (shifts to 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM as shipping ramps up)

What Youll Do:
- Coordinate carrier appointments via phone and email
- Check truck drivers in and out and manage all related documentation
- Prepare and process shipping paperwork using SAP
- Schedule shipments and maintain accurate records
- Support daily operations within the shipping department
- Handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks with precision
- Maintain strong communication across teams and with external partners
What Were Looking For:
- Previous administrative or office experience required
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly (SAP experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
