RESPONSIBILITIES
Molokai General Hospital , a Queen's Health Systems affiliate, is looking for a Call-In Radiologic/CT Technologist to perform a variety of radiologic procedures.
JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for performing a variety of radiologic procedures. Ensures examinations/procedures are performed with proper patient positioning, imaging techniques, exposure factors, and immobilization methods. Ensures patient safety, provides patient comfort, and instructs patients during examination/procedures.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Essential functions- Seeing, hearing, speaking, standing, walking, stooping/bending, reaching above, at and below shoulder level, finger dexterity, frequent gripping of an object.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Inside work, extreme heat and cold, noise and/or vibration.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education/Certification and Licensure:
Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Hawaii State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
BLS/HCP level certification.
B. Experience:
- One (1) year experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility preferred.
