Job Title: Operator Assistant Job Description
The role involves working both in the yard and in the shop, where you will be responsible for directing rail cars via radio, loading and unloading products, and collaborating with the operations manager. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe delivery of products and involves tracking inventory using Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
Direct rail cars via radio communication.
Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure safe product delivery.
Track and manage inventory using Microsoft Office.

- Mechanical aptitude is strongly preferred and necessary to work in outdoor elements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
