Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Katy, TX facility. This role requires flexibility to work the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick materials from the Automatic Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) using OG500 in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Use weigh scales to determine accurate counts for smaller items.
Protect materials as per VAS instructions for Picking, including bagging and labeling, before sending to ASRS.
Conduct cycle counts and perform compaction activities at the ASRS using SM500 and SM550 in the WMS system.
Understand and follow work instructions/training documents regarding system behavior, such as when labels should be printed.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or GED.
Two or more years of previous warehouse experience.
Proficiency with equipment including computers, various software programs, printers, copiers, calculators, and scanner/bar code readers.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Ability to organize work and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all organizational levels.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and diagrams.
Physical ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift 35-50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with automated equipment is a plus.
Positive attitude and good work ethic.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
