Inside Sales Representative (Base plus Commission) We are manufacturer and importer of Safety and Industrial work wear and Supplies located in Katy, TX We are looking for highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives who can help us grow in the greater Houston / Texas market. The candidates must be self-driven and have a keen sense to succeed. Skills, Qualifications and requirements:
- Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Linkedin, Sales Navigator and other CRM tools preferred
- Associate degree or higher
- Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
- Some local travel may be required.
The job involves
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets (including Cold calling and Email marketing)
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other functions as deemed necessary in the role.
