Honeywell Sr Cust Exp Specialist (French Speaker) in Katowice, Poland
As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist (French Speaker) here at Honeywell Building Automation , you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your fluency in English will be essential in effectively communicating with our English-speaking customers and providing them with a seamless experience. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our Katowice, Poland location on a hybrid work schedule (3+2).
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the overall customer experience and contribute to the success of our business by building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with English-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
Fluency in English and French (min. C1)
Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
