Your scope of responsibilities:
Modeling industrial steel and reinforced concrete structures in a 3D environment
Preparing material lists
Creating technical drawings and project documentation
Working on projects of varying levels of detail: concepts, basic designs, detailed designs
Collaborating with other members of the project team
Participating in project and coordination meetings
Our requirements:
Technical or higher education in a relevant field (construction, civil engineering)
Minimum 7 years of experience in 3D modeling of building structures
Ability to read technical documentation
Knowledge of English at a level enabling smooth technical communication
Knowledge of design and 3D modeling software (e.g., Tekla, Revit, or other)
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to solve problems independently and good work organization
Responsibility for completing assigned tasks, punctuality, and ensuring high-quality documentation
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Microstation, Open Buildings Designer
Experience in international projects
