Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
As Leader, Contract Management, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead a strategically critical function at the heart of our project business. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant impact across some of our most important and complex projects. You will drive excellence in contract management, strengthen our commercial and operational resilience, and help position the organization for long-term success in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
You will lead a highly experienced team of 20 Contract Managers with diverse expertise spanning legal, engineering, and project management disciplines. Together, you will provide contract management leadership across major projects throughout the full lifecycle — from tender development, contract structuring, drafting, and negotiation through project execution in sourcing and procurement, engineering, construction, erection, testing and commissioning, handover, and the warranty or defect notification period.
In this role, you will set the tone for a balanced, professional, and commercially minded approach to contract management. Our mission is to manage all contracts in a fair and balanced manner, viewing our clients as long-term partners while consistently protecting our interests and contractual entitlements. Your leadership will ensure that contractual obligations, entitlements, and risk positions are clearly understood across project teams; that technical and commercial ambiguities are proactively addressed; that potential issues, including obstructions, are identified and mitigated early. We prefer to proactively avoid disputes or reach an amicable settlement before initiating dispute resolution proceedings. As a trusted leader within the project organization, you will empower your team to act as strategic business partners — helping drive early risk mitigation and protecting project outcomes related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
Beyond project execution, you will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous learning across the contract management function as well as neighbor functions.

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and creating an environment of trust, clarity, engagement, and high performance.
